9. The 5 mistakes that cost 8 points
- Confusing du and Sie. Writing "Du" to the Sprachschule = -3 automatic pts on register.
- Forgetting a required point. 3 points → 2 addressed = -3 pts on Erfüllung.
- Writing less than 20 words (SMS) or 30 words (email). Penalty -5 to -8 pts.
- Writing a formal email without Anrede or Grußformel. Structure missing = -5 pts Kohärenz.
- Forgetting umlauts (ä ö ü ß) in writing. "Muller" instead of "Müller", "Grusse" instead of "Grüße" = spelling errors.
